Damaged Lost Equipment Rental

  Rental Rules — Please Read!

• Bring the scooter back when you’re supposed to. If you don’t, extra daily rental charges will apply — and if you don’t return it at all, we’ll have to report it as stolen.

• If the scooter gets lost, stolen, or damaged — let us know right away. You’ll need to cover the cost to fix or replace it, especially if it’s due to carelessness (like leaving it unattended).

• If the scooter gets seized by the city or towed away because of something you did, you’ll have to pay all fines, release fees, and any costs to get it back.

Damage & Replacement

• You are responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of the rented equipment.

• Las Vegas MobilityRides Rentals will determine if damage can be repaired or if replacement is needed.

• You must not use the equipment under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

• Below are approximate repair costs for common damages:

• Front basket: $52

• Console: $133

• Throttle: $79

• Lights: $23

• Armrest: $36

• Seat vinyl: $157

• Full seat: $517

• Shroud (3-wheel): $286 / (4-wheel): $374

• Rear handle: $28

• Broken ignition key: $80–$140

• Replacement key (same-day): $20–$30

• Note: Scratches and scuffs = normal wear. Cracks = not normal wear.
