Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Las Vegas MobilityRides Rentals! Please review the following policy carefully before renting. By renting from us, you agree to the terms outlined below:

1. Return Policy

• Scooters must be returned on time as scheduled.
  If the scooter is returned late, you will be charged an additional daily rental fee for each day it is overdue. 
• Failure to return the scooter may result in it being reported as stolen to local authorities.
• All equipment must be returned in the same condition as received.
  If requested, early returns must also be made promptly.
• Las Vegas MobilityRides Rentals reserves the right to repossess the equipment at any time if terms are violated.
   

2. Damage, Loss, or Seizure

• If the scooter is lost, stolen, or damaged, notify us immediately.
• Renters are financially responsible for the repair or replacement of the scooter in cases of loss, theft, or damage — especially due to negligence (e.g., leaving it unattended).
• If the scooter is seized, impounded, or towed by the city due to the renter’s actions, the renter will be responsible for:
  • All fines
  • Release fees
  • Any associated recovery costs
     

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancel your order 3 hours before delivery.
• Cancellations made more than 3 hours will be guaranteed for a full refund if already paid.
   

4. Rental Extensions

• If you need to extend your rental period, you must contact Las Vegas MobilityRides Rentals before your rental period ends to avoid late fees. 
• Extensions are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
