Rental Rules and Agreement

 Las Vegas MobilityRides Rentals will provide you this form to sign upon delivery - agreeing to everything that is listed down in this agreement after payment. 

1. Equipment Condition & Use

• The equipment is rented in good rental condition.

• It is designed for use by one person only. Only one person may ride at a time.

• Never use the equipment on stairs. Use caution when entering or exiting elevators.

• Do not leave the key in the equipment unless it’s inside your room.

• Do not leave the equipment unattended in public or in hallways.

2. Agreement Terms

• This agreement is the full and only agreement between you (the Renter) and Las Vegas MobilityRides Rentals. It replaces any prior arrangements or understandings.

• Las Vegas MobilityRides Rentals reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

• This agreement cannot be changed unless it is in writing and signed by Las Vegas MobilityRides Rentals.

3. Rental Returns

• Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received at the end of the rental period, or earlier if requested.

• Las Vegas MobilityRides Rentals may repossess the equipment at any time if the terms are violated.

4. Cancellations

• You may cancel your order 3 hours before scheduled time.

5. Liability & Responsibility

• Las Vegas MobilityRides Rentals is not responsible for any personal items left, lost, stolen, or damaged on the equipment.

• You are fully responsible for any injury, damage, or loss caused while using the equipment — including injury to yourself or others.

• You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Las Vegas MobilityRides Rentals harmless from any claims, costs, or damages that result from your use of the equipment.

6. Damage & Replacement

• You are responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of the rented equipment.

• Las Vegas MobilityRides Rentals will determine if damage can be repaired or if replacement is needed.

• You must not use the equipment under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

• Below are approximate repair costs for common damages:

• Front basket: $52

• Console: $133

• Throttle: $79

• Lights: $23

• Armrest: $36

• Seat vinyl: $157

• Full seat: $517

• Shroud (3-wheel): $286 / (4-wheel): $374

• Rear handle: $28

• Broken ignition key: $80–$140

• Replacement key (same-day): $20–$30

• Note: Scratches and scuffs = normal wear. Cracks = not normal wear.

7. Battery Use

• Equipment is fully charged at delivery.

• You must charge the battery as needed.

• If you get stranded due to a dead battery, Las Vegas MobilityRides Rentals can deliver a charged one for a $25 fee.

8. Other Terms

• You cannot assign or transfer this agreement or the equipment to anyone else.

• Equipment may not be taken outside Clark County, Nevada, without written permission.

• If you need to extend your rental, you must contact Las Vegas MobilityRides Rentals before the rental ends.

• Renter is not considered an employee or agent of Las Vegas MobilityRides Rentals.

• If you sign this agreement on behalf of an organization or another person, you are personally responsible for all terms.

9. Disputes & Legal

• Disputes must be settled in the Eighth Judicial District, Clark County, Nevada.

• If Las Vegas MobilityRides Rentals has to take legal action, you may be responsible for their legal fees.

10. Payment

•Cash, Digital Payments, Debit Cards and Most major credit cards are accepted and used for rental charges.
