TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Waiver of Liability and Agreement

By making a payment, you agree to all the terms below.

Important Safety & Responsibility Notice:

• I understand that when I use this Mobility Equipment, I do so at my own risk.

• I accept full responsibility for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may happen to me, others, or property while using the equipment.

• I cannot hold Las Vegas MobilityRides Rentals responsible for any injury or damage that happens while I’m using the equipment.

• Only I am allowed to use this scooter. If someone else uses it (even without my permission), I am still responsible for anything that happens.

I also agree to cover any costs or legal fees if someone tries to take legal action against Las Vegas MobilityRides Rentals because of my actions.

All scooters are cleaned and sanitized before being delivered to your hotel

Breaking the Rules (Breach of Contract):

• If I break any of these rules, Las Vegas MobilityRides Rentals can take the scooter back at any time.

• If I don’t return the scooter on time, it will be treated as theft and reported to the police.

• I will be charged an extra daily rental fee for every day the scooter is late.

• Only one person (me) is allowed to ride the scooter.

If there’s a disagreement about damages or costs, a neutral third-party company chosen by Las Vegas MobilityRides Rentals will decide. I agree to pay for any legal fees Las Vegas MobilityRides Rentals has to spend to get money owed by me.

Important:

• No drugs or alcohol while using the equipment—this is illegal and not allowed.

• If the equipment is taken or seized by authorities because of something I did, I agree to pay all fines, fees, and costs.

• If I lose or don’t return the equipment, I will have to pay the full replacement cost. Loss or theft because of neglect (like leaving it unattended) is not covered by any protection plan.

Other Important Rules:

• Do not leave valuables (like phones, purses, wallets) on the scooter—Las Vegas MobilityRides Rentals is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

• Do not use the scooter in the rain or on wet surfaces—this can damage it and will be considered neglect (you will have to pay for repairs).

• Always remove the key when not using the scooter.

• Report any damage, theft, or loss right away.

• Never tow or pull anything (like a stroller or wagon) with the scooter.

• Don’t carry loads over the weight limit.

• Don’t turn off the scooter or get off while it’s still moving.

Quick & Easy Rental Rules — Please Read!

By paying, you’re agreeing to these simple terms:

1. You Ride, You’re Responsible!

When you use our scooter, you’re doing it at your own risk. If you or anyone else gets hurt or something gets damaged while you use it — you’re responsible, not us.

2. Only You Ride It!

You’re the only one allowed to ride the scooter. If you let someone else use it (even by accident), you’re still fully responsible for whatever happens.

3. Take Care of It!

We clean and sanitize every scooter before it gets to you. Treat it well — no riding in rain or puddles (water can damage it, and you’ll have to pay for repairs). Always take the key out when you’re not riding.

4. Return It On Time!

Bring the scooter back when you’re supposed to. If you don’t, extra daily rental charges will apply — and if you don’t return it at all, we’ll have to report it as stolen.

5. No Crazy Stuff!

• No towing wagons, strollers, or anything else.

• No carrying heavy stuff over the weight limit.

• No jumping off while it’s moving.

• Don’t turn it off while riding.

6. Stay Sober!

No drinking or drugs while riding — it’s illegal and dangerous.

7. Lost or Stolen Scooter? Tell Us Fast!

If the scooter gets lost, stolen, or damaged — let us know right away. You’ll need to cover the cost to fix or replace it, especially if it’s due to carelessness (like leaving it unattended).

8. Fines & Fees? Your Responsibility.

If the scooter gets seized by the city or towed away because of something you did, you’ll have to pay all fines, release fees, and any costs to get it back.

9. Your Stuff = Your Problem.

Don’t leave purses, phones, wallets, or anything valuable on the scooter. We’re not responsible if they go missing.
