You can reserve your mobility equipment rental through our website or by calling/texting us directly.

When booking, please provide the type of equipment you need, along with the delivery location, date, and time. We’ll make sure your rental is delivered to the right place, right on time!

We can bring it directly to you when you arrive if payment hasn’t been made yet. If it’s already paid for, we can leave it at the bell desk under your reservation name for you to pick up at your convenience.

Delivery and pickup are free anywhere on the Las Vegas Strip and Downtown. For locations more than 5 miles outside of that area - requires a $20 delivery fee.

You can choose to pay in advance—just let us know if you prefer this option so we don’t disturb you at delivery.If not, you can pay upon delivery in person.

There are no security deposits, hidden charges, or surprise fees. The price you see is exactly what you pay when you book with us!

We can pickup the equipment rental from you or you can leave it  with the bell desk or front desk and we will pick it up.

Delivery & Pickup: How it Works

Once your rental date and time have been scheduled, we will reach out to you to confirm the details of your order. At that time, we will confirm ask to provide your preferred location and time for both the delivery and pickup of the rental equipment. 


We aim to make this process as convenient as possible to you, so please choose a location and time that works best for you.


We will send a text message three hours prior to delivery to confirm with the customer and ensure they are aware of the scheduled delivery. If their presence is required at the location, we will coordinate a suitable meeting point at that time.


If payment has not yet been made at the time of scheduling, we kindly ask that you be present at the delivery location to complete the payment in person. However, if you have already paid in advance, there is no need to be present at the time of delivery. In that case, we can leave the equipment at a secure location, such as the bell desk/ front desk, for you to pick up at your convenience.


When it is time for you to return your rental equipment, you can either return it to us yourself at your preferred meeting place or you can leave it at the front desk and we will pick it up.
